FUAC's laws are so fucked up that there are 22 rifles on the list of "AWs". The Ruger 10-22, an American icon is listed as an "AW" because it has a detachable magazine, therefore it can't have any other FUN features. YET my YUGO, SKS with it's grenade launcher, bayonet, threaded barrel, retractable stock, and pistol grip, ALL chambered in 7.62x39 is LEGAL in NYS. Why you may ask?? All because the little 10-22 has a removable magazine, while my SKS has a non-removable box magazine!!

Oh I understand! Yes a lot of non sense when it comes to NY and gun laws...but what can we do...vote him out guys!I wasn't directing my post at you, and I apologize if it came off that way. No one can blame anyone for asking questions as they pertain to the screwed up gun laws in NYS! What I was doing was calling out the lunacy that is NY (un)SAFE!!
