Instead of making a new thread I thought I'd bump this one.
G-dam these are ugly guns. Look more like a garage build than anything from a real manufacturer. But, they seem to be a gun that people "hate to love" (not a typo). The reviews of them always seem begrudgingly positive, like the reviewer fully expects the sub $200 pistol to be a POS but he has to admit at the end that it really isn't.
I can't ever see myself buying a fine .45 handgun. I'd have no use for it due to its size, so this thing may be a way to get into one "just for the hell of it". I don't think I've ever seen one in person, though--not sure local gun stores want to display these things in the cabinets...?

One of my friends bought a high point 45acp, he never bad any problems with his, it will kill you just as good as a 45 kimber will.
