Men charged with theft of rifles
HIGHLAND – Two Ulster County men were arrested on February 8 by Lloyd Town Police on charges of felony burglary and conspiracy.
Daniel Keogan, 38, of Shandaken and David Jackson, 42, of Saugerties, allegedly entered a residence in Highland and stole rifles in December 2017.
Both were sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bail.
