Specifically, CNN’s broadcasted push surrounding the current story lines around FBI Director James Comey: •#1. “Under IG Investigation“, •#2. “Driving Wedge between Trump and Comey“, and •#3. “Incoming Deputy Attorney General“… well, the architecture of the necessary narrative to support a Clinton Pardon is clearly being framed.

We have talked about this a couple of months ago, yes, The President can in fact Issue a Pardon to an American Citizen without filed charges. The individual does not even need to be under investigation.

In order to be pardoned, the individual has to petition the President prior to a Pardon being issued. As of now, The Hildaloser has not petitioned Obummer for this Pardon.

My best guess is this will not happen. Hillary Clinton does not want a Pardon; she truly believes she has done nothing wrong, EVER!

I think it does exactly the opposite as far as testifying goes. If she holds a pardon then she can't plead the 5th, since it's impossible for her to incriminate herself then.
