Apparently, the needs, wants, and desires of NY citizens only has value if you're registered for a particular political party. That sounds like discrimination. It certainly doesn't sounds like inclusion, which I though her administration has fought so hard to bring to the forefront. Is it then conceivable she could go as far to say that if you are of a certain religious belief, a certain belief system based on your upbringing, or dare I say a certain gender or skin color, your opinions and needs matter not?
