He just points out what the judge who screwed said and claims it will be overturned. The article does point out some positive things the judge said and all we need is some one with standing.

That’s what I thought. Is he possibly a common sense liberal? Does such a thing exist? Or a constitutional liberal? I suppose it’s possible. I was just surprised to see him write not 1 but 2 articles ripping the gov over the new gun laws.
The Buffalo News is your basic liberal rag. Rod Watson has been there a very long time. For many years, almost every column he wrote was to complain about how race issues were shortchanging blacks. Be it housing, construction jobs, redlining mortgages, medical care, business opportunities in bad areas, - you name it. That's almost always what he wrote about.
