In fact, she obviously didn't handle the lead-up to the strike very well, either.

I don't think that woman can do anything right.

Actually what I read was an executive order to temporarily suspend it was offered. It’s a law passed by the legislature and that’s a whole chamber of Hochul’s that need to repeal it.

Sounds like this is a bad deal for them and nothing will change except getting more pay if and when they get screwed extra hard. Not addressing staffing shortages and halt act will be reinstated after 30-days because docs commissioner will do as she says. No screening of mail or visitors.
Shame on Hochul.
They need to tell Hochul to fuck off and pound sand, repeal HALT, resign her dumb ass as NYS Governor, and apologize as she leaves for private life,- or for prison herself, for HER corruption.

All who didn’t return to work yesterday will start receiving termination notices tomorrow and on Monday they will receive back dated health insurance termination notices. The union screwed them hard and so did the state.
When are the Co's calling OSHA if its unsafe to work ..
It is not OSHA in regards to the Government work places. Is is PESH.... They are in the pockets of the Left as well. I contacted them with my last department, they found zero infractions.

If they are fired how can they prosecute them for partaking in the strike? If they are no longer terminated I do not think they should be able to go after them but it’s the state. Why would you reply yes to confirm receipt? Nope sorry I didn’t get it.

If the state holds strong, the younger officers with less than 10 years are likely to quit.
Anyone with 25 years will be retiring asap.
