I see this as an intermission of sorts. The underlying issues are still there. It’s only a matter of time until the strike is back on.

Maybe. I wonder what is in the entire package and I’ll bet there is something about immediate dismissal and huge fines if they strike again. I’ll bet all those that started this strike get fired or already are fired.
