Hochul to Change Hospitalization Reporting! But Why?

Starting Tuesday, Gov. Hochul will ask hospitals to report whether a patient is in the hospital for COVID-19 or if they tested positive for COVID-19 while being treated for another ailment.
Well, the next question is: Why after two years of 24-7 fear-mongering - Gaslighting and Mass Formation Psychosis is she changing the rules?
Could it be that people are getting fed up with the BS? REalizing the bs behind positivity rates and increase in cases? NO! Most Americans aren't that smart.
Could it be that people are questioning the message that Hey we did everything you said and we are once again the highest in the Country?
That is more likely it.
Cuomo did everything in his power to inflate the numbers to create fear so he could amass more power.
She is beginning to sense that the people have had enough and this is her way of showing more success by actually using the denominators. But we shall see.
Look for a shift in the reporting trying to lessen the panic that is rampant in NY State.
Now lets do the same thing with deaths, shall we?

Hospitals to change how they report COVID hospitalization data

So to explain what I mean, Let's look at the riddle of the "Missing Dolar".
I mean, you must follow the math right?

The agency charges them $30, so they each hand over a $10 bill.

They send the cleaner with $5 to reimburse the friends.

So now, each friend paid $9, for a total of $27, and the cleaner pocketed $2. That’s 27 + 2 = 29,
whereas they originally handed over $30.
Where did the missing dollar go?
