Per Prince Law, you should comply and demand your rights! You will only surrender your firearm if they use the right form!
That form is the ATF 3400.23 – Receipt of Property and Other Items (Judenstern). The 3400.23 does not contain language, wherein you agree to the forfeiture/destruction of your property.
But it begs the question— must you surrender the slide and internal parts as well? After all, the firearm is only the frame.
