I’ve been saying it for a bit here, but seeing more and more that the market will crash. Make wise choices and don’t get caught with your paints down. The crash will come, interest rates will climb and a recession will hit. Don’t get into a mortgage you can’t afford.

I’m not touching any loan right now. I’m hoping for another recession. Sorry to that that it will hurt, but I will do well and want ammo to decrease as well as a few other goods I want.
