So being the genius that I am, my license went through the washing machine. It is still kinda sorta readable but not in great shape. Do I go to the city clerk downtown? Do I have to go through any of this process over again?
How does one replace a license in Albany County?

Fill out an amendment form requesting a replacement and send it in.

In Onondaga County all I had to do was go to PPO, Sheriff, full out amendment requesting duplicate license due to lose of original. Out the door 20 minutes later with a new license spread across 2 hard plastic cards.
So don’t ask me if I ever found the original license again.
