Having those parts don't make your gun capable of full auto unless you've got a lower with the auto sear pin hole. Having that third hole is what makes the lower a machine gun as far as the ATF is concerned. That said, there's a lot of people who have registered full auto lowers, so buying these parts makes sense.
Yeah in the case of a DIAS, that module (which doesn't require the third pin to be drilled for it to work) is the registered machine gun. These are probably the most sought after as they'll turn any new AR into a full auto if you have the rest of the parts.You cannot possess the drop in auto sear, nor any auto sear if I recall correctly.
