how long will take to get rifle license

i submited applicarion August 2022, so far i have not got any notice yet

You submitted an application for what in august of 2022? You submitted a license for a rifle in NYS or NYC? I’m guessing NYC since NYS doesn’t go into effect until 9/1? I’ve heard it was around 90 days but I’m sure they are all backed up at this point so I’d expect longer. Many submitted pistol application and I’m sure many more ordered and bought rifles in an attempt to make it in before 9/1. Good luck!!
