Zombies vs. animals? The living dead wouldn't stand a chance
Id be alright. I have nature on my side.
I have LOTS of them./This is where I favor long edged weapons like machetes and Asian blades. Maybe a Tomahawk too.
As far as birds .... a lot of 12ga turkey shot would be in order!
Miskitos? We'd be screwed ..... unless some serious flame power is used.
The article is assuming that the zombie virus is not transmitted between species. However having played plague Inc that's exactly how you make zombies deadly to all humans.I would be curious to know if the Zombies are attacked and/or eaten by these birds of prey or other animals, won't they become infected as well? What about flies and other insects?
If all of those become infected, we are really screwed!
Yeah but what will work best 45cal or 9mmAll you have to do is take over a small Caribbean island and regroup. The Florida keys would be ideal. Start from the south and work your way up.

A .45 will take your soul but zombies have no souls so it would be ineffective. In regards to this conversation, even though I would have 45's, I would prefer to use 9mm due to the amount of ammo that I have and could find.

Depends on a lot of variables in my opinion. Fast vs. slow zombies? How infection is spread (bites only? airborne? Turn when you die a la Walking Dead?). Interesting to think about especially for all the doomsday preppers out there.

I think the most realistic zombie would be like in that book "The Remaining."
The zombie is a live human that got some type of bacteria that ate a portion of the brain that turned the human into basically a hungry, wild animal with no intelligence.
He would get angry and try to eat anything that moved. He could be killed like any regular human however.
And in the summer they'll bloat and explode in a few hours or rot away in a few days.Just a thought but up here in the winter wouldn’t zombies freeze solid?
