HR 38 National Reciprocity House vote coming by December 31st?

Saw the attached article online today. Supposedly, the House leadership under RINO Paul Ryan told Rep. Hudson that his HR 38 Bill will get a vote in the House before the end of the year. It will be interesting to see if anything actually goes anywhere, or if the whole deal dies in the Senate just like it did by 2 or 3 votes in 2013. Makes me believe that the lot of them only TRY to make it look like they are working for us. More likely they are actually working AGAINST us...
