Thought this was BS when I saw it at Zerohedge. IMHO, this is a very bad precedent. Talk about a slippery slope.

But, it could be"fake news"! So here's the complete surfing route I took.

I fail to see how this will find “individuals with forms of dementia or children with developmental disabilities who have wandered from safe environments". Passive RFID only works if you are in close proximity (less than 100 feet depending on frequency)to a scanner. It will do nothing to find people only identify them once you find them.
There would need to be a scanner on every corner of a city for it to be feasible, I dont think we are there quite yet. As far as using it to track deplorables, RFID is easily removed, erased or a new device inserted.
I would be more concerned with biometric tracking

Every corner would be part of the plan.. They DO want to track us. They already have EZPass, and black boxes in our cars. Cell phone tracking and more.

That's some scary shot. I hope it's fake, but honestly I have thought about this for years. I went to a job fair a few years ago and this kid told me that the government had mechanical bubble bees that would sting you and place trackers in you. Be careful and avoid bees.

This bill was passed on the US Senate floor when there were very few Senators there, akin to the vote on the creation of the FED. If this program was truly for the health issues as it states, it would be under the HHS, not Department of Justice. All of this has happened when the world is talking about a smoke screen, the Russian Hacking.

They still do, it is called Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger originally called them Eugenics Centers. Adolf Hitler was a strict follower of the eugenics movement as well, along with Darwin and many more.
