Not difficult to understand the sentiment. When we see our Governor and legislature give SCOTUS rulings the middle finger and pass laws they know aren't Constitutional its easy to feel like its all futile. Ultimately it's going to have to take SCOTUS saying screw protocol, we will take these infringements and rule on them immediately. No slow walking things through the system for years. Thats why the anti-gunner states do what they do. Even the most blatant infringements take years to overturn.
Understand your statement. When I say that I disagree, it is not your ideas or statement that I disagree with, it is the entire idea that there is fairness. There is nothing fair in the politics of this. Nothing fair with the Courts. Nothing fair all the way up to our highest Court.
I am half an idiot. I can read though. I can read the US Constitution. I can and I have read, the words by our founding fathers. I agree with most of them on nearly everything they had to say back in the day. Our courts are filled to the brim with activists and people set on the destruction of our once great nation.
These Judges, they hate this Country. Most have hated everything about us since they were children.
The Governor, she is not in charge of a damn thing in this State. I know this because I know her. She is an idiot. She is dumb. Period. These are not her wants or her wishes. Same with those in the Legislation. Have you heard some of these people speak? They can barely speak the language and they are just fucking stupid. All is set already. It is just a matter of time before the entire gun thing drops.

I did watch the hearings and debate in the Senate and Assemly last year. It’s a full blown circus act. All of the reps from NYC were dressed and acted like clowns. It’s obvious there are puppetmasters. Special interest groups like Everytown are pulling the strings on this crap. And like you said, unless SCOTUS gets serious about dealing with NYS this will never end

Well I didn’t see anything in the article talking about any updates to recent gun cases. I did see a click bait video of the type to say “BREAKING NEWS” , “BIG NEWS SOON!” , “COURT CASE COULD POSSIBLY MAYBE SORT OF ALMOST DO SOMETHING SOON PERHAPS!!!!!”
