This is good. Progress, except NYS. These new lawsuits can’t proceed fast enough. This is why the new law will get tossed not because of dudes riding motorcycles through the ADK park. There is no basis in history for the restrictions hochul enacted. It will be interesting to see how far this goes, this is pretty far so it shows progress. I’m not saying felons should be able to have guns, but it’s interesting. IMO only biolent felons should be restricted access to guns.
