For my PHN I can get opioids, anti depressants, spinal blocks basically any pain relief medication on the books cuz the pain I have is uncontrollable. All legally with a pistola on my hip.

But if I want to smoke a blunt I can go to jail. WTF!!

Even worse, you can fill out the form drunk as a skunk, and the sale can proceed, and as long as you don't drive yourself home it's all legal.

But, someone who smoked pot last week can't get one.
