That quite possibly would be the most ineffective means possible to control population. Lets say Helene had a 3 times greater death toll than Katrina at 4000 dead, thats like .001% of the population.

Despite reaching category 5 the storm is expected to weaken down to a category 3 by the time it hits florida. Still a dangerous storm with a problematic storm surge potential.
I truly believe there is something not yet known about TVA/Oak Ridge, probably involving a complex geological process or machine that requires an ungodly amount of electricity to maintain stability. Could be weather control related, among other things.

I was watching fox yesterday and they kept saying they were sending in a lot of aircraft to measure,moniter the storm.
