If you search for hurricanes on the web regardless of what search engine you use you find countless articles about climate change and carbon emissions etc etc. I wouldn't put it past the government to be seeding the storms to make them worse to convince people to get on board with their climate change agenda.
Also I wonder how much harder it's going to be for people to get out and vote in these largely conservative States with the devastation they are experiencing. Not saying I'm sold that this is what's going on, just potential possibilities.

Usually birds are the first to know bad weather is coming and GTFO. But for some reason thousands of birds ended up in that hurricane and died.

I'm good! Survived my first Cat 1 hurricane directly overhead here in the middle of the state with no damage. I've got a sturdy house and a new roof to the latest code. Lost power for almost 12 hours.
Spent a couple evenings before the storm securing everything outside, and today started on cleanup. I even had time before the hurricane to troll the local Facebook group. There's a whole bunch of people down here that don't get satire! It's not my first time. You'd think they'd catch on....

Birds rely on a microscopic amount of magnetite in their Brain for navigation and guidance (no idea how it gets there, but that's what the Nature Channel teaches) and the magnetic anomaly and/or "radars" being used to manipulate the Storm would likely fuck that all up, causing exhaustion failure and crashes.
