If Biden wins and pushes his agenda, which is what he says he will do. That would mean no AR style rifles at all. Everyone that owns one needs to register, but they cannot because of the NY no NFA rules ?

Am I missing something ?

How many states actually allow NFA stuff. Will this remove these restrictions ?

If so, perhaps it’s time to invest in Silencer Manufacuters, yes ?

NY doesn’t have a no NFA policy.

They have individual statutes outlawing each of the categories of NFA items.

If the ATF added a new NFA category NY would have to add a new law to cover it (assuming it wasn’t already covered by the existing NY AW law, i.e. SAFE)
