The last 450 years of this country wasn't so easy for white males either. Plenty of them died in battle or drowned at sea or crushed in mines or from machinery, some starved to death or died of thirst or were eaten by animals. Then a couple of hundred thousand white males went and fought a horrible civil war to end the slavery of other human beings. Then those white guys voted to have women join in electing our political leaders.

Yea, those white guys suck.

Americans know were not perfect. We've made mistakes and have had mis steps along the way.

Its also not fair to judge history with a present day contemporary perspective. Keep things in the context of which they happened.

Slavery sucks and is wrong on every level. Everyone can agree on that. But, people in Africa sold their country mates and enemies into slavery where they eventually made their way to america. Enough "white guys" had a moral awakening where they decided it was worth risking their lives and personal well being to put an end to slavery.

Hundreds of thousands of white guys suffered, were maimed or died to end slavery.

White guys also did something revolutionary for the time and have women the right to vote. Things weren't always that way and in some countries still today it doesn't exist.

Americans have donated more money to charity than any other country in history.

Americans have invented all sorts of medicine and technology which has improved and saved countless lives.

Americans today volunteer in 3rd world counties to help the poor and improve their lives.


No one is saying America is perfect. But for fucks sake you can't cherry pick a few things and ignore all the great things we as a nation have achieved and accomplished. Every day, month, year we strive to be better and improve.

I don't carry any "white mans guilt" with me, the entire concept is idiotic and made up. I wasn't alive and any of my ancestors who were around were not involved.

Understand..???.What Country has forced diversity programs, equal opportunity mandates and still "people" prefer to live on welfare rather than buckle up their boots and work hard. Sounds like another "poor me" story as My ancestors were picked on but I'd rather not improve my self but rather live off hard working people's (of all colors) tax money. So many doors open for minorities to a better life and most refuse to enter. (and a $hitload of whites also)
