One of many steps to remake the fUSA in Stalinist or Maoist style.

First thing is destroy history, then segue into punishing/eliminating the kulaks.

If you haven't figured it out yet, kulak is now defined as as any middle class person who works their ass off to improve the life of their family. This includes single family homes, regardless of the skin tint of the owners.

Lastly destroy anything beautiful and unique - your neighborhood, your house, your family...your mind.

Thus, you get ugly...like this Soviet era housing block...

For those who don't know where this is going, IMO, our current system of "elites, middle class, poor class" is going to be replaced by the totalitarian version. The elites will be party officials, the new middle class will be the elites muscle, enforcers and informants they will be the ones who enable the elites to keep power and the rest who aren't useful enough will become a new underclass of plebs. Anyone deemed a threat will be in a political enemies class and we know how that story goes.

Us? No. We aren't the type of people the new elites see as desirable.

Plenty of white people will be in the new middle class. They will all revolve around keeping the elites in power and bettering the elites or performing critical tasks. Those with special skills (doctors, engineers) those who are muscle or enforcers (LEOs alphabet bois), snitches (teachers, professors, spies) these are the groups that will make up the new middle class but only those who are properly vetted and have the right think will be allowed to attain this status.

They, I don't know just who they is, put up a sizable building across from Wegman's plaza in Geneseo recently. My wife and I were driving by the other day and I commented that it looks like some communist era building you'd see in the old Soviet Union. It's some sort of medical facility and is going to get a huge tax abatement, which we in the county will pick up the tab for, along with what I am sure is millions more of our tax dollars in making it happen. Another bottomless pit.

So, kind of like the Inner Party, the Outer Party, and the Proles. Hmm...I wonder where I've seen that before.

Truth be told I don't think it ends there. I think over time (talking decades and centuries) we'll see even more stratification with specific echelons of workers, perhaps even bioengineered a la Brave New World.

I recently re-read it again, along with 1984. I re-read Fahrenheit 451 not all that long ago. If you haven't read then in a while I encourage you to do so again. It's like they're coming true right before our very eyes.

I recently re-read 1984.
