I need a favor: AR barrel nut wrench to borrow

Anyone in orange county, closer to Middletown the better, have an AR barrel nut wrench and upper vise block I could borrow. I decided on a handguard for the m&p15 and am to cheap to buy them for this 1 time use. Save the you'll be hooked and do my AR's so pony up and buy the tools you cheap bastard talk because in reality I won't. I like them, but realistically do not have money or time to play with them. That being said, if no one close enough has one I can use quickly to swap the handguard over I will just bust out a cut off tool for the OEM barrel nut and make a block out of wood.

Figured I'd ask one of you lovely gun nuts first though.

Side question, how the funk does one get the front sight gas block off? I just beat on the taper pins (yes in the correct direction) for an hour and could not budge them.

The bow came out very nice, had 1 small crack I found that I had to inject with epoxy but I got it all cleaned up and redone real purdy, a nice bonus was I was able to keep all the original logo and hand written specs intact. I'll attach some pictures.

It's a '68 hi-speed, for its age the finish wasn't to bad. Limbs were still straight, no major issues. Had a small hairline crack on the belly side limb tip overlay that didn't go through into the glass so I was able to inject it with epoxy after sanding the old finish off. Sanded it up to 1000 grit and 4 coats of satin poly buffed with 0000 steel wool to take any sheen away. Came out very nice.

Nice job! Glad you were able to do it justice. I had fun with it in my (much) younger days. Not too bad for a $10 garage sale find.
