ICE officers are prepping to carry out raids in at least two sanctuary cities: Chicago and New York City, multiple sources told The Post.

Starting Jan. 21, multi-day “ground operations” will be launched across cities that have served as safe havens for migrants because the local authorities do not cooperate with the federal government when it comes to immigration issues, sources said.

Along with the immediate ICE sweeps, there will likely be quick and sweeping changes at the border.

How is ICE going to find most of these migrants when they walked across the border with no record of who they are? I understand starting with migrant shelters but a large number of them are spread out across the states.

Nobody said it would be easy, or totally successful, but at least we are moving in the right direction. There are many that will avoid capture, until they commit a crime or get turned in by citizens. At first they will go after the easy, obvious offenders that are using the shelter systems in places like NYC, Chicago etc. Early sweeps will make for good theatrics and get wide publicity making many of these invaders try to go into hiding, then it will become a slower moving effort. Stopping the flow at the border is the bigger effort.

I wouldn't mind them doing "papers please". Even for 6 months to a year.

I have no problem demonstrating I'm a proud LEGAL US citizen.

Meanwhile a bunch of those fuckers are getting cuffed and stuffed on a bus. I'd also like to see them go through what they have in their bags, on their person, and other shit, to see if they are smuggling or making stuff. Lots of drugs can be stopped this way too.

The "Sanctuary City" Leaders have already taken steps to thwart the removal of illegals under the guise of protecting Families, what the fail with, and makes zero sense (well we are talking about Democrats here) is the position of ICE/HS to capture and deport the criminals, Gang members, and other pure pieces of shit...I expect that other will have to self deport or at minimum make a case to ;awfully remain...The People of America have spoken clearly via the last Election that they've had enough of the bullshit and the "democracy" the Left is always crowning about loosing is biting them and their disastrous designs in the ass...The Day is at Hand, let us make the most of it!

They have been working on this since 11/4 and a massive amount of planning is in place

Across Chicago (likely first target, followed rapidly by NYC) agents have bundles of files with all the details they need to go hunting as soon as they are given the green light - special teams (SRT/Fugitive OPS etc) are already deployed and awaiting activation

NYC ICE agents will most likely be deployed to Chicago to support local teams on the mass arrests and sweeps

They already have busses lined up as well as some “nice accommodations“ waiting on them

They have lists, names, likely addresses etc lined up and ready to go

This is going to be fantastic and historic

However, keep these agents in your thoughts and prayers - there is an extreme level of risk in this over the coming months as many have gang affiliations and are heavily armed

I cannot wait to see the liberal media and their head exploding

If they have a long criminal history I’d assume they were arrested and released in Chicago. They know who the o es they are targeting are. They are targeting 300 in Chicago with long criminal histories from what I heard.
