If these politicians state their area is so mismanaged as to require Federal bailout, then they MUST accept that they are the source of that failure.
I figure a minimum time incarcerated as to equal the amount of time they've spent in office. Oh, and a complete confiscation of any and all finances and valuable items to offset the area's loss.

Never going to happen. It will be the janitor that loses his job or get a pay cut or loses funds needed to do his job. The top will never cut spending for themselves.

Agreed. Mine have done nothing for me. Offered 2% raise, standard. They said no we want more and we want to improve the vision and dental insurance and are looking for a new provider. I’m happy with 2% and the insurance stuff is crap because the union provides dental and vision not my employer. Now I’ll get nothing for a long time as costs rise. Thanks guys.Maybe we should start with the union reps who do union shit on the taxpayers' time.

I actually was referring to union reps who quite literally conduct union business on the job (rather than, you know, the job they are supposed to be doing at the time) when they are supposed to be working but yeah the above sucks, too. This is a well documented thing and it pisses me off to no end.
