Cart before horse. Until/unless SCOTUS says that concealed carry is a constitutional right I don't see this going anywhere these people want it to.

I guess in theory this case could be the decider of that, though.

It could decide that but it could also say if one state issues you a ccw other states have to honor it. I don’t see the later happening with states rights and all.

Agreed and dont even need to read the entire link. Will almost certainly be denied cert. I love me some Gottlieb but this is a stretch without the underpinnings.

Cart before horse, indeed. This is a petition for certiorari to have SCOTUS take up the case, and there is only a small chance that will happen.
