The news cycle for the next 2 years will be what they are trying to do to impeach Trump. Nothing will get accomplished as the Dems refuse to actually work for the people. This will be more of resist, impeach, block, and banter for the remainder of the term.

They will literally (not figuratively) sabotage the country out of spite to make trump look bad for 2020.

The key differace at its core between democracy and republic is that a democracy changes easy and republics don't. Republics don't want transient changes thats is why our government is framed that way. Its typical the house is won by the opposite party that won the presidency ,this wasn't a surprise. Yes it will slow or stop things getting done in our government . This is by design republics don't want change and if there is one it has to have alot of support from the whole country. Let the left grandstand the house can't make change without the senate. We have to look to the next election dont be a liberal and scream the sky is falling due to a lost election, two years and we have another chance.

Actually I think the dems will probably go full locco and make 2020 a repeat of 2016. And while they are playing their games the Senate will be approving more judges and ratifying trade deals and stuffing their passed house bills in the trash.

I agree with that to a point.
He has just as many democrat ideas and influence as he does republican. The difference why we love him is he is not an establishment sell out and genuinely puts America and our interests first ahead of what special interests and deep state tell him to do.

President trump is still a political honey badger and he will still act in our best interests as much as he is capable of doing.

A bit off topic but what I found interesting was that several northeast states got Republican governors. I believe MA, NH, and VT all have Republicans as governors now. Sadly NY did go that way.

Meanwhile the deficit increases and nothing gets done. The gov continues to steal money from me. NYS is worse off and the taxes here will only increase.

Very little got done with the republican controlled house. 8 years they had the majority and did not accomplish much. We have a bunch of wimpy ass representatives working for us. Get rid of them all and start over.

Complete Reboot needed. What we have simply does not work anymore. Social Media and the MSM have taken control, the "Government" is just a bunch of suits and dresses.

Now they do, yes. (It's the state assembly in Albany, not the "House"). Republicans lost the senate.
