Absolutely nothing can be done without Congress and the Courts. Absolutely nothing. I'm not defending Trump. I'm just telling it like it is. If Cruz would have won, we'd be having this same discussion.

He wanted Mexico to pay for the wall via tariffs and the like but it isn't happening. The Republican establishment isn't letting him through Congress. They also aren't letting him throught SCOTUS who refuses to take cases and appeals when a Circuit Court blocks his Executive Orders on Immigration. They won't let him do anything. They want people like you who are easily influenced to not vote for him next time around due to the failure they caused to make Trump look bad and instead vote for someone they can control like a Bush or Kasich and are willing to lose our freedoms now just so they can have control which currently they do not have over Trump.

How can you guys not see that? He should have gotten everything he wanted quickly through Congress. They have the majority for going nuclear and don't use it because they say they are afraid of a filibuster. Please. A filibuster always ends. It's nonsense.

I don't know how some of you are so dammed blind that you cannot see that. A Bush, Kasich, Paul nomination would have resulted in a Hillary presidency. And they would rather have that than an outsider who doesn't toe the line and isn't one of them.

Reciprocity. It's Trump's fault that hasn't passed too right?

Yet Governor Moonbeam discovers a clever way to prevent Five Illegal Alien Criminals from being Deported.

He simply Pardoned them.

I want my Leaders to be as clever as my Enemies are.

@CaseHarden I feel your pain. But, Trump is fighting both parties. Neither republican or democrats favor trump. Weed need to give him time to bring America back on it's feet. America has been blinded by crooked politicians for decades. This isn't going to be ''fixed'' in two short years. I'm hoping he'll continue to do his best. So far he is the best we have. I will continue to stay on the train for now. Come 2020, if Trump hasn't accomplished anything noteworthy, I will seek an alternative at that time. As fustrating as it is, Trump is our best bet. For now at least. Life's way to short to have the anger reside in our minds daily.

Actually, our President is doing much good. I know that.

He is a huge improvement on any I recall, including Reagan.

But I fear if he does not BUILD THE WALL, or LOCK HER UP, enough people will conclude he is a failure. And they will elect another Democrat.

And that will be disastrous.
