Which do you have?Been an airgun freak since a kid... I got some nice .50 cal airguns...
I read somewhere years ago they were using .50 cal like yours for hunting red deer in the UKBeen an airgun freak since a kid... I got some nice .50 cal airguns...
Yep. A lot of states in the US will allow you to take deer (or other large game) with airguns.I read somewhere years ago they were using .50 cal like yours for hunting red deer in the UK
Can't remember his name. But there was a guy years ago with a modded .257 air force condor shooting over 1000yds. Impressive setup for sure.I always wondered the consistency with these rifles. This is impressive for an air rifle. 400yrds +

Probably because it's like a suppressed rifle noise wiseYep. A lot of states in the US will allow you to take deer (or other large game) with airguns.
NYS DEC is being funny about it for some reason.....
I would not have any doubt that my Airforce Texan in .50 cal could humanely take a deer.
I used to shoot sub MOA @100 yards with my Airforce rifle. It Had a LW Barrel and a suppressor. it cracked like a 22 without it. it was about as loud as a Daisey red ryder with it on. it just pinged. It was truely a an air rifle sniper rifle I Made only head shots on rats across the yard Maybe 35 40 yards. Pinned them in place You could hear it hit , thwakAir guns with Walter lothar barrels?
Very cool

How many fps’s you guys getting here?
Very cool! I have this Beretta AG Pistol, that is a blast to shoot. Also taught my son how to shoot and handle a pistol with it.
I stumbled across a YouTube channel a while ago(edgun leshiy) and since then I have been wanting a PCP airrifle but I just cant justify the price of a PCP airrifle
What do you have?My match grade PCP was under $600. You can get a decent PCP for under $500.
They are more pricey than spring piston rifles, but they are much better at hitting the target.
What do you have?
A while back I saw one for sale here on the forum, I think it was a 25cal but I never inquired about it, It looked heavy. I was just reading up on one that included the hand pump actually and it said 100 pumps with the air pump to fill it, ugh no thanks lolIf you sign up at Crosman (Bloomfield, NY) on their e-mail list, they often run specials with decent discounts.
I think they have a Factory Store there where you can buy refurbished/scratch & dents/etc....been by there several times, but never when they were open.
I have a Benjamin Marauder PCP in .25 and it seems a good rifle, bit heavy, still need to buy a portable Tank & Compressor (at least I have a Friend who will fill mine) That hand Pump works but sucks to use.
When you really start comparing ballistics, you'll find that many are the equivalent of Pistol rounds: That Marauder of mine is just about the same as a .25acp pistol cartridge...but will kill critters dead.
The "357" seems best sending a 148gr .357 lead slug out at 850fps...same as a .38 Special.
I remember seeing that ad as I have the same Rifle..To me the Rifle is heavy, which is somewhat strange as I'm used to shooting a M1 Garand and it's a nine pound rifle.A while back I saw one for sale here on the forum, I think it was a 25cal but I never inquired about it, It looked heavy.
