I'm not sure if it's intentional, or it's just the structure of the MSM where there are so few original thoughts, and once they see one they all just repeat it like parrots.

I also think it's hilarious that they call it a "movement".

As if there are people actively promoting it.

Its like pro wresteling. They wouldn't have been able to make Hulk Hogan into the super-Murica-good guy if they didn't have Iron Sheik to make him look better by comparison.

For work, historically, I have been a suit.

Obviously, for a while now that has not been the case.

Tomorrow will be the first time it will be warm enough on a Tuesday for me to wear a tropical shirt for our weekly departmental Zoom meeting...

...and hilarity ensues, I'm sure. One way or the other (my group is fairly "woke" but a good group of folks who will likely just laugh at the irony of me working in a Hawaiian shirt).

Course I may throw on a Hornady camo ball cap.

5.11 tacticool pants coupled with Hawaiian shirts with Kentec cloths for accents. Maybe a rainbow flag decal on a baseball hat and black lives/guns matter pin.

one or two years ago nobody heard of the boogaloo. Its a psyop designed to paint constitutional loving patritots as raceists.

Don't ever go to a MASH bash then. Place is full of racist white guys raising money for the Red Cross. If anything, the Hawaiian shirts are symbolically mocking the establishment. Currently it is mocking the left wing. Back in the MASH days it was an anti right wing symbol by Hollywood mocking the right wing pro military side of society.

The media relies upon the short memory span of the easily bullshitted general public. The opinion swaying department of the left wing.
