Actually pretty hilarious video to watch, but I think Dean Keller needed a better caliber handgun, and some range time... It sounds like he fired 15 shots at Weigle; hit him 4 times in the chest, and Weigle walked away and survived!
In Keller's case, he was saved from a conviction by the camera he had hidden in his yard that showed the whole incident, although it looks like he was arrested that day. Seems like he should be able to get a restraining order against Weigle that might keep him from renting a room next door to his property after this latest dust up.
And the name of the DA? Brad Cooper!

he took out the bad guy and the mower, it shut down really quick LOL . .. i say good shooting @VietnamEraVet LOL ..
I figured it shut down when Weigle probably fell out of the seat. I know mine has the seat sensor that shuts the engine off if you're running the blades and you leave the seat.
Actually, on further thought, Keller's shooting was on target. I mean, 4 shots in the chest? That's on target. But the fact that he got up, walked away, and survived? Probably time for a more robust caliber!
