Indiana Supreme Court: 2nd Amendment Rights Protected by 4th Amendment

Because the rule of law was developed to protect the innocent NOT prosecute the guilty ... it's very much a win for the constitution as a whole IMO. The ends does not justify the means if the innocent and law abiding get shit on along the way.

Unfortunately the rule of law was used to get a prior felon out of a conviction for an illegal gun. I don't see how this is a victory for the second amendment.

How is this a victory for the second amendment? The ruling simply upheld the 4th.

Because several courts have tried to claim that you have to give up your 4th when you exercise your 2nd. This puts the ban hammer to that.
