The one officer was able to apply a TQ to himself which ended up saving his life

Upsetting, really. One cop in particular looked very large. It's frustrating as hell to watch them struggle to contain this guy. I am just armchair quarterbacking, but when he was on his back getting zapped, wouldn't procedure be to flip him over and then cuff him? The fact he got away from two cops, after being tazed twice, is brutal.

I also feel that the big cop who tripped while this guy was going for his gun just got terribly unlucky--had he not tripped the guy wouldn't have had a chance to get into the car. I bet the same situation could happen 50 times and it wouldn't happen as badly as this again.
