Hey All,
I've been reading up on hunting and hunting education lately. Since receiving my restricted license (Target), I've been taking up interest in all the different types of activities that involve firearms and naturally hunting came up. Right now I'm saving up for a permit for NY and I've been also reading up on Pennsylvania as well. However, I ran into some older threads in other forums stating that in order to carry by pistol while hunting in PA., I would naturally need to apply for a non-resident permit in PA but I've read that New Yorkers with restricted permits will not have much luck receiving a carry permit in PA. due to the restriction. That's a bit unfair isn't it?
Is that above true? I really would like a definitive answer since hunting feral swine sounds like a ton of fun.
