Meh......case takes 10 years to work up to SCOTUS, SCOTUS rules in favor of 2A, state says "fuck you SCOTUS". Takes another 10+ years to work back up to SCOTUS, SCOTUS rules in favor of 2A, state says "fuck you SCOTUS". Rinse, repeat.

Just to give the short version recap of the video. Justice Thomas is going to bring the case of NYS ammo background checks to SCOTUS conference to see if the other justices will vote to hear it on an emergency docket. Not very hopeful for an actual hearing but a temporary injunction until it makes its way through normal channels is possible.
Sorry folks but the “inconvenience “ of spending hours to buy a box of ammo is not likely to be a priority to enough of them unless too many people are getting denied altogether- and even then they will claim the system just needs to time to get the kinks out.
But maybe SCOTUS will take it because they don’t like what the lower courts are doing .

The Constitution is the basis for all US laws, ignore the Constitution and you might as well ignore all the other laws. Law enforcement, courts, judges, juries all become moot. Every man, woman and child for themselves. Government by chaos and bullying.

If I'm going to have to endure delays buying ammo, I'd rather those delays be me enjoying the beautiful scenery between here and PA rather than me standing around staring in anger at the the computer and wishing an asteroid would fall on Albany.
don't get me wrong, I'll still wish an asteroid would fall on Albany, but I'd at least be doing it while seeing the beautiful scenery.

I would wager that it is only re the ammo crap. SCOTUS has given the 2nd the chance to rule on all of the other lawsuits "promptly", and which, of course, the 2nd is taking their sweet ass time, and has decided absolutely nothing. I would guess that the 2nd will try to delay until many of us are dead. Fuckers!
