Even if Hamas *is* a bunch of undercover CIA agents in disguise, they are claiming credit as Hamas.
The only way for it to be a false flag would be if Hamas *wasn't* the CIA, but the CIA are the ones who conducted Oct7th, and then somehow got Hamas to brag about it?
If they run, they are Hamas terrorists. If they walk, they are well disciplined Hamas terrorists.

I'm not talking about every individual incident going exactly as reported, but we're they substantially responsible for a widespread series of heinous acts, or not ?

So, then what's to flip.
They're an evil group that needs to be eradicated, how little or how much control the CIA and Mossad have over them, or how much hand they had in creating them is irrelevant.
CIA built the Taliban too. That's not even a secret. We loved Bin Laden on the 80s when he was killing Russians. We should have killed them to the last man while we were there too.
If the mossad created Hamas then they have a moral obligation to eliminate the frankenstein monster they created. If the CIA helped then the US has a moral responsibility to help them.

CIA isn't motivated by morality. 
Hamas is being labeled as a Palestine group of terrorists. Palestine I doubt funds them at all. That's where the false flag resides.
