Who's more responsible, Cuomo or De Blasio? De Blasio is the bigger shithead for my money, but at least the media has the decency to rag on him from time to time. Cuomo, on the other hand, is a media darling and gets a complete pass from his leftist propaganda allies. Liability lawsuits are usially filed against numerous defendents. His point was such law suits are not winnable. Unlike 2nd amendment cases, they are winnable. How this will effect Cuomo has nothing to do with it.
I will concede (note the spelling here) that you believe you are right. However, there is a significant chasm between belief and reality.

Liability lawsuits do not have to be filed against numerous defendants. And, if I were to be brutally honest, liability lawsuits have been won far more often than 2A cases have been.
But liability lawsuits typically result in the disenfranchised party being owed a lot of money. Not that the person who orchestrated the offense is removed from their position, unless that person somehow feels guilt or seeks to redeem their image. Since I seriously doubt herr Cuomo feels guilt, and doubt even more highly that he cares about his image since he is King of New York, a liability lawsuit will not have any effect on him.
So if we cannot vote him out, cannot guilt him out, cannot have him removed by a Court of Law, and cannot have him arrested for crimes against humanity, what method remains to protect the American Citizens from him and his draconian policies?

No one (at least as far as I've been able to determine in THIS thread) has suggested that winning SAFE Act lawsuits would remove Cuomo. in fact, most of us who are more mature already realize that the only way to remove Cuomo is via voting (fat chance), he breaks an actual Law and gets arrested (even fatter chance since he gets away with parading around like a member of NYSP), or he is removed forcibly (fattest chance since he practically OWNS the NYSP, NYPD, and no one in NY is brave enough to try).

While unable to defend his idiotic statement you shifted to Cuomo removal would not happen even if these lawsuits are won, making Cuomo removal as what Mr. T meant by winning.

I posted a thought that lawsuits will follow (by family members), because of such outrages mishandling that led to deaths. You just couldn't let this go. You done the same in the past. I didn't respond, but it was very annoying. This time I nailed your ass. I encounter a lot of these old fart types, that need to correct people whether they have a point or not. It's annoying.
