It’s Simple Math: #DACA Would Create a Democratic ‘One Party State’ From 2020 Onward
If President Trump compromises on DACA, you can kiss America goodbye.
It’s very simple math, people. We can safely assume that the vast majority of DACA beneficiaries will vote Democrat, if allowed to stay in the country. So will their families. That will be almost 5 million new Democrat voters, many of them concentrated in swing states, or potential swing states such as North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona and Florida
The left understands that DACA is “a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success” – permanently.
Charles Benninghoff of Pray For US has done the math. It makes horrifying and sobering reading.
Background: President Trump won the 2016 election with 306 electoral votes – a margin of 36 electoral votes over the 270 needed to win. The secret to defeating him in 2020 is finding states with more than 36 electoral votes that he won in 2016 that can be denied him. DACA does that and more.*
We hope nobody reading this is naïve enough to believe that Democrats support DACA because it is the right, just and moral thing to do. There are over 800,000 illegal DACA immigrants in this country, which translates into an almost certain 800,000 extra Democrat votes. Additionally, because President Obama added parents and family members of DACA illegal immigrants to those “protected”, Princeton University researchers found that DACA recipients could bring in as many as four million relatives. Almost five million new Democrat voters could instantly be created by DACA.
The result of DACA will be adding nearly five million liberal Democrat votes every election day. If that happens President Trump and future Republican candidates are doomed. Numbers from the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) service show by state where the DACA illegals live, so we can predict where they and their family members will be voting.
Let’s do the math. President Trump was elected with a margin of 36 electoral votes. Florida alone has 29 electoral votes. President Trump carried the state by fewer than 113,000 votes. Using the Princeton University and USCIS numbers, DACA would add at least 250,000 Democrat votes to that total – more than twice Trump’s victory margin. Had President Trump lost Florida his electoral vote victory margin would have shrunk to just 7.
Arizona has 11 electoral votes. President Trump won those by a margin of 91,000. Again using the Princeton and USCI statistics, passing DACA would add at least 140,000 new Democrat votes. If Trump had lost Arizona, Hillary Clinton would be President.
The same math holds true for Georgia with 16 electoral votes and North Carolina with 15. DACA would add far more Democrat votes than the margin of Trump’s victory. There’s another 31 electoral votes gone from Trump and future Republicans. Taken all together, had DACA been in effect for the 2016 election, President Trump would have received 73 fewer electoral votes – only 233 instead of the 306 that made him President. There is absolutely no doubt that Hillary Clinton would be President today if DACA had been in effect in 2016.
That is why Democrats and illegal immigration activists demand DACA, and that is why President Trump and the Republicans must oppose it.
But don’t take our word for it – here’s what former Clinton staffer Jennifer Palmieri said in a recent memo to liberals; “The fight to protect Dreamers is not only a moral imperative, it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success… If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond.”
The liberals know what DACA really means – possible defeat for President Trump in 2020 and creation of a permanent Democrat majority in the country. Five million new voters would instantly appear for the Democrats. Even if citizenship for DACA illegals and their families happens after President Trump is re-elected in 2020, new “dreamer” voters would have permanently created an unbeatable Democrat majority on election days far into the future. ..
