Im getting cabin fever and missing the outdoors. I just want to go. I was invited to go, anytime, to my grandparents camp near Ogdensburg (best part of my childhood). Bit of a drive, but worth it...even at 10mpg.

They wont return until at least April, possibly May. Thats too freakin long!

Need to stick my head in the closet (lets hear your best gay jokes) and see what camping stuff I need. Well...besides a nice RV.

Anyone else aching to go?

Hope to go hammock camping in the Adirondacks this weekend. So much more comfortable than a tent & you don't have to worry about a snowy or icy ground. Camping bud of mine decided to get a double hammock for himself this winter and has slept in it quite a few times by hanging it from his car port beams.

I went fishing today I caught some rotten plants, but loved just getting outside. Sun set was gorgeous, osprey was flying around, and saw a few loons. The moon was pretty too. Just getting some sun was awesome.

My aunt and uncle have a log cabin up there, right on Black Lake.

Love it up there. Best part is the trailer is at the bottom of a very steep hill. So no noise from traffic, what little there is for that area.
