Freddy, if you look at mine, because the clip is attached with only 1 screw, you can adjust the cant unlimitedly.
Often times if I wear a tight shirt, I have to cant it more to make the grip disappear.

I may have to rethink one for appendix. Always assumed from the few images I have seen that they couldn't cant away from the junk/femoral artery region. I definitely would have to be anywhere from 1 to 2 position due to my manly figure haha. The wife is going to hate me when I tell her I am ordering 2 more. In my defense I did say I would hold off buying anymore guns until June considering I have bought 4 and built 2 in the past 6-7 months.
Best holsters I had were the Kydex holsters I made myself. Largely because I could adjust almost any part that wasn't working, the cant, height, etc. That said, there are two commercially available holster which deserve mention imo.

These sticky holster stays where you want it, and like mentioned above, because they aren't "clipped" to you belt, allow for a great range of adjustment. Only caveat is reholstering... But especially with my little .380, is perfect!

Absolute work of art! Thought the leather would make it too bulky, let alone with my SIG229 but it's very comfortable and well worth the $ and wait (custom made).
No matter what, no matter what people suggest, you will have a draw full of holsters until you settle in with what works for you. Sucks, but is a by-product of carrying.
And oh, APPENDIX carry... Just a big NO! Aside from discomfort, I believe it's a liability in a self-defense situation and harder to protect if engaged in a frontal attack as opposed to side or small of back. Anyways, just my $.02.

No comfort issues if you are in shape. Also, it is actually easier to protect your firearm since it is right there in front of you as opposed to your side. I can protect my groin area by crouching much easier than my ass cheek or side. Draw is also more natural and quicker for me. YMMV.

If you carry AIWB you will need to face your fear of destroying your cock, balls, and femoral artery. It is a healthy fear that will serve you well. If you carry AIWB (canted or not) you will not be able to avoid flagging your body. Moving, bending down, sitting, etc... you will at some point muzzle yourself. I would suggest it is better to accept this and have a more reliable and faster draw. Also, and this is important, thinking that canted AIWB is somehow safer breeds a false sense of security. Of course do what works for you, but many (ie the vast majority) experienced and knowledgable people will suggest that "biomechanical effeciency" is best gained AIWB with the barrel vertical, not canted. Sevete canting (as shown in photos above) makes sense for IWB at 3 -5 o'clock, but your hand and wrist have to get quite contorted to get a proper master grip with a canted AIWB carry. Take your dominant hand, right now as you read this, and try to grip an imaginary handgun canted as shown in the previous images. Notice how your wrist has to bend to its full limit - not good under duress. Everyone must decide for themselves, but 'survey says' most pros carry AIWB close to vertical.

Quite a few respected and well known authorites on the matter list AIWB as their prefered method. Try it before you decide Chris. I am 5' 10" and 190lbs and carry a full size 1911 AIWB much of the time. Do I 'forget' I am wearing a 1911 AIWB? No, but a G26, or especially a J frame - yes.

You're not supposed to forget you are carrying when carrying IMHO. Stupid things can happen when one "forgets" they have a firearm on their body. If I wanted true physical comfort I wouldn't carry but the comfort of knowing I have the ability to hopefully protect myself God forbid I need to outweighs any physical discomfort I have.

It's amazing how people here go to lengths to bad-mouth a mode of carry because they do not find it comfortable, are to fat to do it, or just plain don't like it.
They say things like muzzles pointing at genitals and arteries as if the gun will magically fire by itself. These are the same people who yell in other threads that Glocks cannot fire by themselves unless you put your booger hooks on the trigger.
Then there are some that say it's harder to protect on a frontal attack. Pure nonsense. First off, how will the attacker know you are carrying? If they know, a ball in a fetal position protects the gun. That would be impossible to do at 4 o'clock.
Let's go with the positives shall we.
#1. You can draw while driving. Not so at 4 o'clock.
#2. You can protect your gun. While standing in line, it is in front of you and not behind you. If overwhelmed, a fetal position allows you to protect it until an opportunity affords itself to draw.
#3. You can always tell if you are printing. All you have to do is look down. It's not possible at 4 o'clock unless you have a mirror. "I don't care if I print!" you say. Well you should. Especially if you are somewhere where you aren't supposed to be carrying.
#4. Comfort. I see 4 o'clockers constantly disarming when driving long distances. Holster to console. Console to holster. Over and over. I've appendixed all the way down to Florida.

I wish I could like this post multiple times. I'm still not 100% comfortable with any of my holsters... but I'm not buying any more for a while. My current IWB is StealthGear Onyx (M&P Shield). I've tried AIWB (Appendix) carry, and while comfortable it prints too much for my taste. I'm somewhat skinny but have a weird hip shape that makes concealing harder. Plus the position makes it difficult to use a toilet, I try not to remove anything from the holster if I can help it.

I still use the SmartCarry too. Mostly for work when I have to tuck but it's great to Appendix carry when I'm not wearing a belt.

So adjusted it some more and has seemed to improve some. Having SWMBO grabbing a bigger size of jeans to try as well to see if that changes anything. If anything else gives me a new pair of jeans.

"to cant or not to cant?"
I have been looking at this one. Is it best to get the cant or not? I've talked to them and its fixed, not at all adjustable once its made.

If you remove one screw, it'll have any cant you want. Me personally, I'd get one that was designed to be worn with one screw only.
good point, but for that price i would think they should put in a little adjustability.
