Other than others or price gouging I can’t think of another reason. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. They were trying to sell me a other which I was going to buy but asked 3k for something that cost no more than 1.2k. They took Others off their website, but I think it’s because OOS.

That’s fine. Completely disregard pricing I knew this would happen. I’ve been saying for a while now. I don’t care if you’re technically on the right side of the law or not most police officers do not know what an other firearm is. You will be arrested for a safe act violation and if you think the DA knows what an other is or won’t prosecute you good luck. You will get fucked in the end even if you win. Your home will be searched and all firearms related stuff confiscated. You will have to pay a lawyer 10’s of thousands to keep you out of jail. Then good luck getting your confiscated product back. You’ll have to pay a lawyer for that too and you’ll hear sorry it violates fire code to give you back your 20,000 rounds of an o here’s two boxes back so in total you’ll be out $100,000. Oh wait you don’t have a spare $75,000 sitting around so maybe you’ll have enough to keep yourself out of jail and lose thousands in guns and related items.
Basically an AR-15 in a length between a pistol and a riffle so it’s not classified as either. The safe act specifically refers to riffle, pistol, or shotgun and since these are neither some claim the safe act doesn’t apply. While I agree to the letter of the law I don’t see the law seeing it that way as mentioned above. Here is a link to the specific guns we’re talking about.
