I think its fairly obvious, biden ( and his handlers ) KNOW dominion voting systems have the program down pat. The fix is in, and there is nothing "we the people" can do about it.

The incumbent president typically doesn't have to face a primary, so that's not unusual.
The fact that he will stay home in his jammies for the entire race *after* he wins the primary OTOH means that he doesn't think how the people choose to vote actually matters anymore.
