In their twisted brains, they can ban everything, as long as they leave us with the ability to have 1 black powder gun per household, with 10 lead shot only. Then they can say "we are not infringing because we still allow you to own a gun".

Our only hope is having the liberal avtivist on the scrotum die, quickly, so we can get more like scalia. Then they MUST take up cases to protect the 2a.

They think the bill of rights is them "allowing" us things....joke is on them.

For whatever reason......deep state, fear of civil war..........the supreme court will never touch a gun ban case.
Guns may be the most important, biggest debated and most misinterpreted topic in our history. I have first hand knowledge that this topic causes divorces and breaks up families.
SCOTUS takes up gay cakes but will not touch the gun topic.
What the hell good are they?
One way or another, they must make the call before a civil war breaks out.
Contrary to what some here believe, there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people who are willing to die to keep our second amendment.
Its becoming obvious that a major civil incident is what these judges and politicians want.
So, if we cant get along, lets get it on.

It's reached the point where they don't even try and hide their bias anymore. This clown said Scalia would be proud of his ruling. Are you f'ing kidding me? He also said gun laws are best left up to elected officials... that's literally the exact opposite point of the Bill of Rights. He also said these guns didn't have a "sporting application" (which is a lie) and so therefore they could be banned. Correct me if I am wrong but the words "sporting application" appear nowhere in the Constitution. We have these guns so we can wage war if need be. This is tyranny. Plain and simple.

I've lost all hope. The 1st circuit is full of commie libs. They will uphold. This judge was a Reagan guy too! We're screwed. Only a matter of time until NY bans all semi-autos.

I hope these laws pass federally. Screw it. Might as well let the whole country suffer.

As @Mosinitis always says, "Heller was a Trojan Horse!"

Heller could have nipped this in the bud when they interpreted the 2A. But instead they added words that aren't in the 2A about having limitations.

I don't know why most of you guys think Scalia walked on water. He was a traitor to the Constitution and his written opinion left a backdoor to the gutting of our rights.
