There are those who say Trump purposely held Barrett to replace ginsburg should the need arise. If true then it was a brilliant decision. Can you imagine if the kavanaugh circus was occurring now headed into the election?

There is a rule in the committee bylaws that they must have 2 members of each party present for quorum.
The dems had one show up long enough to say "you're not getting another" and then leave.
