Judge Benitez is a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
He was the one who ruled that California's magazine ban was unconstitutional leading to "freedom week" when the whole state was flooded with all magazines.
It won't last, California will surely appeal to the full 9th Circuit.

Now if we can get our own Saint maybe this place wont be such a shithole for law abiding people. Yea I know not going to happen.....
This will definitely make its way up the courts and maybe just maybe (lol) scotus takes it up and shuts AWB down and that would be permanent (unlikely)

I am hopeful this gets appealed to the supremes.
So this was not correct.. I guess law enforcement has 10 days to be notified of the order.

Let alone banning in one State that which is readily available to other citizens in neighboring States, putting those citizens then at a disadvantage. Seems this is and will eventually get to the SCOTUS because all the CA Koolaid drinkers aren't going to let this stand without a fight!
In the interim, you can bet, they'll just ignore the judge's order, or create some other ridiculous rules & regulations that would limit access to no more than the 1% who know somebody who knows a guy... Lmao!
