Pretty sure none of them did anything that merits more than that Except the ones who beat the cop with the fire extinguisher, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't anywhere near that.

Fake news. There was never an attack on a Capitol Police Officer by protesters with a fire extinguisher. Brian Sicknick died of a stroke the day after, on January 7th, and it was ruled natural causes. He was hit with bear spray on the day of the protest, but that was never attributed to the cause of death.

Maybe maybe not. The democrats fought it tooth and nail. But remember what Johnson said about it. In the end, it was a vote grab.
Cases, where a Government or Government official is held accountable, are rare though.
