What the hell are we doing here? We all know where this is going. All electric through solar or wind. Too bad all my appliances are natural gas and I refuse to buy new ones. The fucking government can pay for it all if they want that. This is going to be a disaster.

I will likely end up having to at some point but I’ll do my best to avoid it.
I’ve got a 2018 Silverado now I plan to keep 15 years. That’s 2033 and I’ll buy a new truck then. Right now they say passenger vehicles in 2035 so hopefully that doesn’t mean trucks and I’ll buy another new truck then. In 2043 I’m retiring and heading south so hopefully I can keep that truck running for a long time. I’m happy to buy a commercial vehicle if needed.
